Shipping policy
Prints on paper.
Postage costs for rolled unmounted prints posted to an address within the UK is included in the sale price.
All prints will be posted carefully packaged and rolled in a tube, unless you specify that you want them posted out flat by contacting me, or they already have a cardboard mount.
They will need flattening before you frame them. I suggest using something soft such as bean bags to hold down the corners and edges for at least 12 hours. Be careful to avoid marking the paper and make sure you’ve got clean hands before handling - or just let a framer deal with it all!
Prints on stretched canvas.
I will find the most cost effective quote for your canvas to be delivered and pack it for the highest quality protection.
I will correspond via email (or your preferred method) to provide you with a quote for postage, packing and delivery, as well as tracking.

I can provide an installation and delivery package to most areas of the country. Myself and my gallery technician partner will bring your artwork and fixings to you directly, and hang it to your requirements.

Collection from the All Is Not Lost Art Studio is available by appointment, this may or may not include a cup of tea and a biscuit.
I aim to get all deliveries out within a 3 week window - this gives me time to order, hand finish and pack each of your artworks with the care it deserves. If you need it more quickly, please don’t hesitate and I’ll see what I can do.
Returns.
Whilst I hope this doesn’t occur, should you feel the need to return your order, please in the first instance contact me within 2 weeks, and provide me with some pictures of the problem. We can then communicate and try to solve your issue.
Custom orders are non-returnable.
Original artworks are non-returnable.
Please be aware… that computer monitors do not all show colours the same way, and so discrepancies can occur.
It is not advised to hang any artwork in direct sunlight.
